Refund Policy

This policy establishes the guidelines for cancellation and refund of mentoring and consulting services provided by Maurício Kenyatta. By contracting our services, you agree to the terms described herein.

1. Individual Services (Single Session)

  • Cancellation by the Client: The client may cancel or reschedule a single session, free of charge, as long as communication is made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund, as the space will be reserved, making it impossible to serve another customer.

  • No Show: Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice is considered service rendered and the amount will not be refunded.

2. Mentoring Packages (Monthly or Long-Term Plans)

  • Nature of Service: Mentoring packages represent a long-term commitment, with limited spaces and dedicated planning.

  • Plan No Cancellation Policy: Once a mentoring package is purchased and the service has started, the plan cannot be canceled with a full refund of the amount paid.

  • Proportional Refund in Cases of Withdrawal: In exceptional situations of withdrawal by the customer, the refund policy will be applied as follows:

    • The amount corresponding to sessions already completed or months already completed under the plan will be retained in full.

    • A prorated refund will be calculated for the remaining amount (for services not yet provided). A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from this refund to cover operational and planning costs.

    • Example: If a 6-month plan was purchased and the customer cancels after 2 months, the value of the 2 months will be retained. The remaining 4 months will be subject to a 20% administrative fee deduction before refund.

3. Cancellation by the Mentor. If Maurício Kenyatta needs to cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled at a date and time convenient for both parties, at no additional cost to the client. If rescheduling is not possible, the session fee will be fully refunded.
