• Scheduling of mentoring or consulting sessions will be carried out by prior agreement and confirmed after proof of payment.

• Payments must be made using the methods indicated at the time of contracting.

• Service prices are subject to change without notice, but prices for services already contracted will remain the same.

4. User/Customer Obligations

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during the hiring process and during sessions.

• The client is responsible for their own academic progress. Mentoring and consulting services are a means, not a result, and aim to provide support, guidance, and tools, but do not guarantee the approval or publication of papers.

• The client is expected to attend scheduled sessions on time.

6. Limitation of Liability Maurício Kenyatta will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services offered.
